In the heart of the Norfolk countryside, just 5 miles outside the Historic town of King’s Lynn, Blackborough End Equestrian Centre LLP has an ideal location, with mile upon mile of off road hacking literally on the doorstep.

With a choice of quality horses and ponies ranging from 17hh to 11hh, there is a horse suitable for you, whether you are an experienced rider, or about to embark on your first lesson.

The friendly staff are trained to the highest standard and are happy to work with you to achieve your chosen goal, be it dressage, show jumping, or a quiet hack in the Norfolk countryside. You are welcome to bring your own horse for private lessons or to join in an existing group lesson.

Lessons can be arranged during the daytime and until 9 pm Wednesday and Thursday evenings (last booking 8 pm). At Weekends we close at 5pm.

In addition to group and private riding lessons, instruction in stable management and horse handling can be arranged. We also run own a horse days for adults and own a pony days for younger riders and on weekday mornings we run lessons in riding and/or stable management for groups of four friends at 25% discount – i.e. 4 for the price of 3.

You will have the choice of either the large indoor arena, with viewing area, or the all weather outdoor arena, which is floodlit for evening use. Both are also available for private hire.

Novice Show Jumping, Dressage and Cross Country competitions are held in the summer and BHS Stage 1 and 11 evening training courses are held subject to demand.
