Intermediate care
Our intermediate care service provides short term care for people who no longer need to be in hospital but may need extra support to help them recover.
Short Term Care
We offer a range of short-term care packages for people that who do not require long term care or a permanent admission to a care home.
Palliative Care
We provide holistic and includes a person’s wishes and preferences, respect for their spiritual needs, effective symptom control and after care for close family members and carers.
